Yearbook Reporting in ALEX2

Our previously printed Yearbook & Directory now exists in the form of our online database ALEX, which enables congregations to input their yearbook report annually, as well as input weekly giving and attendance figures for automatic tabulation and analysis.

The ALEX system upgrade is complete and ALEX2 has gone live as of February 25, 2025.
We appreciate your patience and ask all congregational reporters to:

• contact the Regional office if you don’t know who your congregation’s reporter is

• review the current Yearbook Report Worksheet and begin gathering the requested data

• watch the video and/or read the help center article on how you will access the new system

• find additional information in the ALEX Help Center

• input the form information as soon as you can. The system will get bogged down if overloaded with activity as we near the due date of March 31.
