· story in editable format such as Word, Publisher, or in body of email (100 words on average, but more or less is fine)

· link to more information if applicable - this could include registration forms for events

· photos/graphics if available, .jpg or .png format preferred

· contact information in case we have any questions

Submissions should be made via our Contact page. We will strive to include as much submitted material as possible but may need to edit or omit in some cases. Submitted information may be forwarded to the appropriate General Church office(s) for wider publication.
